Beverly Chiolero is a Patient Access Representative in our Admissions Department and has been with Pershing Health System for 15 years. When asked what she wanted people to know about PHS, Beverly stated, “I want people to know that the Emergency Department at Pershing has highly qualified Doctors and our nursing staff is top notch. I have witnessed firsthand the life-saving techniques this staff has done. I’m so glad we have Pershing here in our community. I could not imagine our area without it and I encourage you to come to Pershing for your health care needs.”

What do you like best about your position at Pershing?
My favorite part of being the admissions clerk in the ER is the variety of people and emergencies I encounter. Every time I walk through the door it’s a different night. You never know what or who you will be dealing with. It’s like a new adventure every night.

What is something that you would like to learn how to do?
I’ve always enjoyed being around animals of all kinds and I would love to work at an animal sanctuary for elephants. I saw my first elephant at the circus when I was 6 years old and have had a love for them ever since. I know that sounds crazy but if the opportunity comes up, I would be the first to volunteer.
