MEET KIM BAKER, MLT (ASCP)

KIM BAKER, MLT (ASCP)
Laboratory

Kim is a MLT in the Laboratory department and has been with Pershing Health System full-time for the past 3 months, but has been PRN off and on since 2015. When asked what she’d like to learn how to do she replied, “Recently, I did my genetic testing through Ancestry and discovered I am 1/4 Welsh. Now, I would love to learn to speak Welsh.”

MEET DEANN BAILEY, RN

DEANN BAILEY, RN
Med/Surg

Deann is a RN in the Medical/Surgical department and has been with Pershing Health System for 30 years! When asked what she likes best about her position at Pershing, Deann stated, “Getting to meet new people and see people get better.”

What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I have never flown anywhere. I have only worked three places in my life, and two of them were in healthcare.

What do you like to do in your free time?
Read, sew, go to Branson

What do you want people to know about PHS?
We are a small hospital with a big heart for taking care of people that don’t need a big hospital.

MEET MITCHELL AYERS, PTA

MITCHELL AYERS, PTA
Physical Therapy

Mitchell is a PTA in the Physical Therapy department and has been with Pershing Health System for 2 years. When asked what he likes best about his position at Pershing, Mitchell stated, “I like meeting new people and helping them improve physically so they can return to activities they enjoy.”
