MEET MITCHELL AYERS, PTA

MITCHELL AYERS, PTA
Physical Therapy

Mitchell is a PTA in the Physical Therapy department and has been with Pershing Health System for 2 years. When asked what he likes best about his position at Pershing, Mitchell stated, “I like meeting new people and helping them improve physically so they can return to activities they enjoy.”

Someday, I’d like to learn how to play guitar.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I like spending time with my wife, daughter, family, and friends, and I enjoy working out.

We have a great staff that takes pride in watching our patients improve.

MEET LEESA ARNOLD

LEESA ARNOLD
Collections Clerk

Leesa works in the Collections Department and has been with Pershing for almost 4 years. When asked what she likes best about her position at Pershing, Leesa stated, “I enjoy working with people and helping with their questions about insurance and their financial assistance needs.”

What is something that most people don’t know about you?
I am originally from Callao, MO and resided in Macon for 28 years then moved to Brookfield, MO. I am married to
Kevin Arnold and have one daughter/son in-law and a son/daughter in-law. I also have two grandchildren.

Three words that people would use to describe you?
Pleasant to be around, hard working, and dependable

What do you like to do in your free time?
In my spare time I like to do crafts, sewing, gardening and relaxing with a good movie

MEET BRENDA ALLEN

Brenda Allen
Rural Health Clinic LPN

Brenda works in the Rural Health Clinics and has been with Pershing Health System for 10 years. When asked what she would like people to know about PHS, Brenda says, “We are here as employees to strive to work our motto of ‘let the people who care about you care for you’. We do care for our community and surrounding area. Patients are important to keep our hospital up and running to continue caring for patients in this area.”

Describe one of your heroes:
My mother – she is one of the most selfless people, she leads by example, being a nurse herself made me want to be like her!

Swim and be with my grand kids

MEET DIANA ADLER

DIANA ADLER
Analytics/Staff Development Nurse

Diana works in the Nursing Administration Department and has been with Pershing Health System for 17 years. When asked what she would like people to know about PHS, Diana says, “Pershing offers many services that people can take advantage of and stay close to home such as our Swing Bed Program, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Monoclonal Antibody infusions for people with active COVID-19, Podiatry Clinic, Pain Clinic, GI scopes, and Cataract surgery.”

I like craft projects and I would like to learn how to do woodworking.
