PHS is excited to introduce Jennifer Leach, who is the new Director of Human Resources (HR) for PHS. Prior to being hired as the new HR Director, Jennifer ran a business for 20 years in Chillicothe, Missouri, where she lives with her husband Steve. They have one son, Gunnar. She is a country girl at heart and in her spare time loves to go camping, but also enjoys an intriguing true crime book and a little pampering with a good pedicure. Jennifer has over 10 years of healthcare experience, along with over 20 years of HR experience. Jennifer is excited to continue her career at Pershing Health System. “Everyone here has been so welcoming and helpful. I feel like I should have been here a long time ago and I am looking forward to being a part of its future,” states Jennifer.
